These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webdenn Ads ("Platform") operated by Webdenn. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with applicable advertising laws in every jurisdiction where your ads may appear.
3. Acceptable use
Webdenn Ads is an AI-assisted advertising platform for legitimate businesses. You may use the Platform only for lawful marketing purposes and in compliance with Meta, Google, and other ad network policies.
- Provide accurate business and campaign information.
- Review and approve AI-generated content before publishing.
- Maintain control of connected ad accounts and billing.
- Use the Platform only for products and services you are authorized to promote.
4. Strictly prohibited uses
We have zero tolerance for unlawful or harmful advertising. You may NOT use Webdenn Ads to create, generate, manage, publish, or optimize ads related to any of the following:
- Gambling, betting, casinos, lottery, or wagering of any kind.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unregulated pharmaceuticals.
- Weapons, explosives, or instructions to manufacture harmful devices.
- Counterfeit goods, piracy, or fraudulent schemes.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or abusive content.
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory targeting.
- Misleading health claims, miracle cures, or unapproved medical treatments.
- Adult or sexually explicit content where prohibited by law or ad network policy.
- Any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
- Circumventing ad network restrictions, cloaking, or policy evasion.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, block campaign publishing, and report serious violations to relevant authorities or ad platforms. We may use automated and manual review to detect prohibited content.
You are solely responsible for the campaigns you approve and publish, even when content is AI-generated.
6. AI-generated content
Our AI agents may suggest audiences, copy, creatives, and campaign structures. These outputs are recommendations only. You must review all materials for accuracy, legality, and compliance before publishing.
Webdenn does not guarantee ad approval by Meta, Google, or any third-party platform.
7. Feedback and platform learning
To improve our AI models and user experience, we may collect and analyze your feedback, campaign edits, approval decisions, error reports, and interaction patterns. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
8. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and connected platform tokens. Notify us immediately at contact@webdenn.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date and may require you to re-accept the updated terms on your next login.
