1. Service description
Webdenn Ads provides AI-powered tools to research markets, build audiences, generate ad copy and creatives, and publish campaigns to connected advertising platforms after your approval.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Account registration
When you create an account, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We record the date and time you accept our legal terms, along with technical metadata (such as IP address and browser information) for compliance and security purposes.
Each time you sign in, you may be asked to reaffirm acceptance if our legal terms have been updated.
3. Credits and billing
Certain features consume credits according to our published pricing. Credits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Refund policies are described on our Pricing page and may vary by plan.
You are responsible for ad spend billed directly by Meta, Google, or other ad platforms through your connected accounts.
4. Third-party platforms
Connecting Meta, Google, or other accounts requires you to comply with those platforms' terms. Webdenn is not responsible for account restrictions, ad disapprovals, or billing disputes with third-party networks.
5. Prohibited campaigns
In addition to our Terms of Use, you agree not to run campaigns promoting gambling, illegal activity, or any category listed in our prohibited-use policy. Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
6. Intellectual property
Webdenn retains all rights to the Platform, software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain rights to your business data and approved campaign assets, subject to licenses you grant to ad platforms when publishing.
AI-generated outputs may be used by you for your campaigns. We may use anonymized and aggregated usage patterns to improve our models.
7. Data and learning
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we collect usage data, feedback, and campaign interaction signals to improve AI accuracy, product quality, and support. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webdenn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost ad spend, lost revenue, or campaign performance outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Webdenn in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, security risks, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise required by law.
